Anti synthetase syndrome

The anti-synthetase syndrome (ASS) is a systemic, inflammatory, autoimmune disease and characterised by inflammatory myositis, polyarthritis associated with interstitial lung disease (ILD) and anti-synthetase auto-antibodies. Anti-JO-1 is the most common anti-synthetase auto-antibody.
