Brachiocephalic artery pseudoaneurysms are rare. The brachiocephalic artery is the second most common site of chest vascular injury. It measures 4 - 5 cm in length with a diameter of 12.1 ± 1.6 mm. Usual culprits are trauma and iatrogenic causes. Treatment options are either open surgical repair or endovascular repair.
