Capp's triad

The Capp's triad refers to the constellation of clinical and imaging findings in patients with spontaneous retropharyngeal haematomas, and consists of :
- tracheal and oesophageal compression
- anterior displacement of the trachea
- subcutaneous bruising over the neck and anterior chest
