Inferior lumbar hernia

An inferior lumbar hernia (also known as a Petit hernia) is a type of lumbar hernia, less common than the superior lumbar hernia (or Grynfeltt-Lesshaft hernia).

It occurs through the inferior lumbar triangle (of Petit).
