The lacrimomaxillary suture is a syndesmotic suture between frontal process of the maxilla and lacrimal bone in inferior aspect of anteromedial wall of the orbit approximately half way between the anterior and posterior lacrimal crestcrestss . It corresponds, internally, to the maxillary line in lateral wall of the nasal cavity.
