Reverse bat's wing pulmonary opacities

Reverse bat's wing pulmonary opacities are characterised by opacity of the lungs, seen peripherally, sparing the perihilar region. It is a relatively unusual appearance with a relatively narrow differential.

chronic eosinophilic pneumonia
pulmonary vasculitis
