Suprarenal arteries

The adrenal glands are supplied by three suprarenal arteries. They are: 

  1. superior suprarenal artery: arises from ipsilateral inferior phrenic artery
  2. middle suprarenal artery: arises from lateral side of  abdominal aorta
  3. inferior suprarenal artery: arises from the ipsilateral renal artery
