Nuclear medicine

Bone scan demonstrates intense uptake involving several lower thoracic vertebrae, L3, right hemipelvis, sacrum, left proximal femur and right knee.  There is expansion and bowing of the involved femur.

Bony enlargement and coarsened trabeculation are seen on CT.
