Lobulated mass in the right parotid - hypo- to iso-intense to muscle on T1, brightly hyperintense on T2. Note the hypointense fibrous pseudocapsule. Homogeneous contrast enhancement.
Case Discussion
FNAC was done and showed features of a pleomorphic adenoma. A pleomorphic adenoma (also known as a benign mixed tumor (BMT)) is the most common of the salivary gland tumors.
