What is the diagnosis?
Multiple intra-articular loose bodies seen in shoulder, represent synovial chondromatosis. In absence of degenerative changes, it should be considered primary synovial chondromatosis
Which is the most common site of the disease?
Knee, followed by hip, elbow and shoulder.
What would the treatment of the disease?
Removal of intra-articular disease +/- synovectomy.
