Incidental finding on CT for trauma

Patient Data

Age: 55
Gender: Male

Typical CSF density mass in the superior cerebellar cistern compressing the cerebellar vermis but not the quadrigeminal plate so not in that cistern.  No compression to the aqueduct of Sylvius.
