50 Y/O female with primary hyperparathyroid disease

Intrapelvic displacement of the medial wall of the acetabulum is seen with triangular shaped pelvis on axial images. Generalized bone loss and large staghorn stone at right kidney is noted.

Case Discussion

The findings consistent of protrusio acetabuli in a patient with severe bone loss due to primary hyperparathyroid disease.
