Presentation

Right nasal cavity fullness and right globe proptosis.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Well-defined ground-glass bony lesion with sclerotic borders is seen which occupying the right nasal cavity extending into right orbital cavity and maxillary sinus and causing nasal septal deviation to the left side.

Case Discussion

Findings in a 25-year-old male are consistent with fibrous dysplasia. This lesion seems to originate from the nasal turbinates and paranasal sinus walls on the right side.
