Presentation

35 year-old patient with end stage renal disease and secondary hyperparathyroidism

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Multiple lytic lesions with expanded (but not penetrated) cortex are seen at ribs and also left clavicle and right scapula. Some of the lesions are septated. Both of the native kidneys are atrophic.
