Enhancing mass in the left side nasal cavity with destruction of the bony nasal septum, left lateral nasal wall, erosion of lamina papyracea and the base of skull along the anterior cranial fossa with secondary sinusitis in the maxillary sinus, left frontal and the sphenoid sinus.
