Anterior cruciate ligament ganglion cyst

MRI demonstrates fluid intensity cystic regions closely related to the anterior cruciate ligament, and extending between the two bands of the ligament anteriorly. These features are characteristic of incidental ACL ganglion cysts which are often an incidental and asymptomatic finding.
