Case Discussion

A case of florid multilobar cystic bronchiectasis.

The cystic nature of this type of bronchiectasis is well illustrated on this CT chest.

On the coronal view the tram-track appearances of thickened bronchial walls are well seen - a sign more commonly associated with plain film.
