Presentation
Right shoulder pain after repetitive shoulder posterior dislocation.
Patient Data
CT right shoulder
Axial CT demonstrates moderate posterior glenoid dysplasia.
The glenoid cavity is flat and the angle of the glenoid version is 8 ° (V.N. 0°-5°).
Unrecognizable glenoid defects or Hill Sachs injuries.
MRI arthrography
Axial CT arthrography demonstrates moderate posterior glenoid dysplasia with labral hypertrophy.
Normal rotator cuff tendons and clb.
The patient has been subjected to Laterjet reverse intervention with bone graft of the iliac crest (operational report).
postoperative control x-ray
Case Discussion
