Small left choroidal fissure cyst measuring 1.7 x 0.8 x 1.3 cm in dimensions, indenting the left mesial temporal lobe.

MRI features are consistent with a left choroidal fissure cyst. It is usually asymptomatic and unrelated to patient's complain. It has a characteristic location at the choroidal fissure with MRI signal identical to CSF. No, follow up or further management is required.
