Presentation

Fall, medial shoulder pain.

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Undisplaced medial right clavicle fracture.  No pneumothorax.

Case Discussion

Clavicle fractures are common in younger patients, and the location and degree of displacement should be described.  An important check area is the lung apex for a concurrent pneumothorax
