Atraumatic right wrist pain

Gender: Female
x-ray

There is osseous fusion of the lunate and triquetral bones consistent with a lunotriquetral coalition. No other abnormality. 

Case Discussion

Carpal coalitions are rare entities. Lunotriquetral coalitions are the most common form, with a prevalence of 0.1%. Osseous coalitions are usually asymptomatic.
