Case Discussion:

Incidental small anterior communicating artery aneurysm seen here on 3D surface shaded angiography performed with a left internal carotid artery injection. 

The relatively narrow neck and easy access to the aneurysm via the A1 segment makes this aneurysm treatable endovascularly.
