Many cholelithiasis containing air centrally are seen in the gallbladder.
Case Discussion:
Small crevices in the cholelithiasis permits a vacuo phenomenon of nitrogen gas. Mercedes Benz sign is describes the appearance of the triradiate collection of nitrogen gas.
