Abdominal CSF pseudocyst

Case contributed by: Radswiki

Case Discussion:

X-ray of the abdomen of a child demonstrates a VP shunt catheter in the left upper quadrant, with soft tissue density displacing adjacent bowel.

Ultrasound of the same patient demonstrates a large multicystic area closely approximated to the shunt catheter tip. Features are consistent with a CSF pseudocyts.
