Recurrent abdominal pain for months/years.

Patient Data:

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female
Modality: X-ray

Soft tissue density in the right upper quadrant displacing bowel loops. Possible represents hepatomegaly. 

Modality: CT

Large cystic mass simulating hepatomegaly.

Case Discussion:

The patient proceeded to operation and a lymphocoele was diagnoised.
