C/o Weight loss, low grade fever. Lab - ESR - 100. Mantoux test induration - 20 mm - Positive.

Patient Data:

Age: 13
Gender: Male
Race: Indian/Pakistani
Modality: Ultrasound

Ascites, peritoneal thickening and omental nodes.

Case Discussion:

Ascites, peritoneal thickening and omental nodes favour possibility of abdominal tuberculosis in view of history and laboratory findings.

Presumed tuberculosis. No follow up.
