Non-traumatic right thigh pain with fever for a few days. Femoral radiograph is normal.

Gender: Male

Right thigh

Modality: Ultrasound

Collection in vastus intermedius muscle. Irregular wall, central mobile echoes noted. Perilesional hypervascularity is present.
