Accessory axillary breasts and supernumerary nipple

Presentation:

Pregnant patient presents with bilateral axillary swellings which have become more apparent and even tender after she got pregnant.

Patient Data:

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
Modality: Ultrasound

US both breasts where performed and demonstrate bilateral axillary accessory breast tissues (even a lactiferous duct is seen in the right axilla). Incidental accessory nipple seen at the left side anterior chest wall at the level of xiphoid process.
