Case Discussion:

Achilles tendon problem are not uncommon in athletes and patients over 35 years old.
That may be affected in a size between 3-6 cm from its attachment to the heel (achilles tendinitis or achilles tendinosis), or it may be affected right where it attaches to the calcaneous (achilles enthesopathy).
