Presentation

Sudden heel pain with audible snap 3 weeks earlier. PH of Achillodynia.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Signal alterations of the entire distal stump with hemorrhage. Large effusion in the paratenon. The proximal stump has been retracted towards the muscle belly. Plantaris tendon remained intact.
