Knee twisting injury

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
  • full thickness tear of the ACL with interstitial hematoma associated with bony contusion of the anterior lateral femoral condyle and posterior lateral tibial plateau with deep lateral femoral sulcus sign as well as mild joint effusion.
  • intact PCL and cruciate ligaments.
  • no meniscal tear.
