Acromial impingement : type III acromion

Presentation:

Shoulder pain persistently. History of regular gyming.

Patient Data:

Age: 40
Gender: Male
Race: Indian/Pakistani
Modality: MRI

Type III acromial configuration with anteroinferior slope, and reduced fat space between acromion and supraspinatus tendon. Acromioclavicular joint hypertrophy is also seen.

This case forms a part of spectrum of acromial impingement syndrome.
