Man with a history of right shouder trauma after a falls and strikes the shoulder against the ground.

Case Discussion:
On MRI series we can see a type II acromioclavicular joint injury with the following finds:
- - The coracoclavicular ligamentcomplex (conoid and trapezoid ligament) has sign of rupture.
- - Blood and fluid are seen in the coracoclavicularinterspace.
