Marked episodic rectal bleeding with low serum hemoglobin

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Locally advanced mass lesion in the mid transverse colon consistent with primary neoplasm showing a blush of contrast on the arterial phase with slight pooling indicating active bleeding. Note metastatic lesions in the liver.
