There is air outside cecum with surrounding fat inflammation. There is mild thickening of cecal wall. There is no local collection.
Appendix could not be visualized. Terminal ilium was normal.
Case Discussion
Findings favor right-sided colonic diverticulitis.
CT scan done later showed same findings (Not uploaded).
