Presentation:
Palpable scrotal mass.

A well defined extratesticular nodular lesion is seen, appearing isointense on T1W images, hypointense on T2W images, and showing post-contrast enhancement.
Case Discussion:
Painless extratesticular nodular lesion appearing to arise from tunica albuginea.
Differential diagnosis:
- adenomatoid tumour
- epididymal sarcoidosis
- liposarcoma of scrotal wall
- fibroma
- sperm granuloma of epididymis
- spindle cell neoplasm
