Case Discussion:

Ultrasound features of adenomyosis, including asymmetrical uterine wall thickening anteriorly with focal heterogeneity and associated increased blood flow, as well as the "venetian blind" pattern of acoustic shadowing. The latter may be seen with either adenomyosis or uterine fibroids
