Adenomyosis with cervical polyp

Heavy P/V bleeding

Patient Data:

Age: 40
Gender: Female
Race: Indian/Pakistani
Modality: MRI

Large and bulky uterus is seen with multiple cystic spaces interspersed in myometrium and irregular diffusely thickened junctional zone. No well defined focal lesion seen. A large bilobed cervical polyp is seen projecting outside internal os.

Case Discussion:

Final diagnosis: Diffuse adenomyosis with cervical polyp.

Hysterectomy was done.
