Adenosquamous lung carcinoma

Presentation

Patient presented with weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 70
Gender: Female

A large left hilar mass is present, suggestive of a primary bronchogenic carcinoma with innumerable pulmonary metastases. The right adrenal gland is bulky and multiple liver lesions are present in keeping with metastatic disease. 

Case Discussion

 Biopsy proven adenosquamous carcinoma. NECT performed due to kidney failure.
