45 year old woman with abdominal swelling.

ADPKD with extensive hepatic involvement

Case Discussion:
CT demonstrates markedly enlarged kidneys with numerous cysts, some of which are hyperdense. The liver also contains numerous large cysts.
Not extensive subcutaneous oedema and ascites.
Features are consistent with known autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
