Case Discussion:

55 year old male status post left nephrectomy due to renal cell carcinoma. Patient has a right adrenal nodule for evaluation. NCCT of the abdomen showed that the adrenal nodule has a HU of – 4.5 (which is less than 10), making the lesion an adrenal adenoma rather than a metastatic deposit.
