Adventitial cystic disease of the popliteal artery

Presentation:

35-year- old male with recent intermittent claudication (walking distance 250m) of the left calf.

Case Discussion:

The popliteal artery is expanded and is of high T2 signal. The lumen is compressed by cystic regions. The features are consistent with adventitial cystic disease of the popliteal artery.
