Presentation

Chronic headache.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

CT Paransal sinuses

There is expansion and complete opacification of the left frontal sinus that shows to be hyperdense centrally and with a peripheral rim of hypodense mucosa. It also extends through the frontoethmoidal recess to the left anterior ethmoid cells. Small  mucous retention cysts on the floor of the right maxillary sinus. The remainder exam is unremarkable.
