Presentation

Increasing lower back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 59
Gender: Male
x-ray

Sacroiliac joints show sclerosis, erosions and some degree of ankylosis bilaterally (grade 3 changes). 

Case Discussion

Changes consistent with bilateral grade 3 sacroiliitis in a patient with known ankylosing spondylitis.
