Known case of ankylosing spondylitis.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Early ankylosis of the lower thoracic spine vertebrae with wedging. High T2 signal intensity is seen at the corner of multiple lumbar spine "shiny corners". Chronic bilateral sacroiliac joints erosive changes with bone marrow fatty replacement in keeping with the chronicity.
