Annular pancreas

Presentation:

Epigastric pain. Endoscopy showed dilated D1 segment of duodenum.

Patient Data:

Age: 58
Gender: Female
Race: Indian/Pakistani
Modality: CT

Cholelithiasis was seen, with pancreatic parenchyma encircling the second part of duodenum. Common bile duct was also prominent (8 mm). MRCP was advised to rule out choledocholithasis and confirmation of annular pancreas

Annular pancreas was confirmed .
