Anterior communicating artery (ACom) aneurysm

Race: Asian
Modality: CT

Male patient presented 3 weeks back with frontal lobe acute cerebral bleed with interventricular extension who under went follow up CTA which revealed lobulated  Acomm(Anterior communicating artery) saccular aneurysm measuring 6.1 x 6.8 x 8.3 mm with neck measuring 3.5 mm.

Normal variant of the  ACA noted which shows absence of the left A1 segment and the origin of both A2 segments from a single, unilateral right A1 segment

Another normal variant in this case is fetal origin of the posterior cerebral artery
