An intimal dissecting flap starts distal to the origin of the left subclavian artery and extends into the the descending thoracic & abdominal aorta as well as the right common iliac artery.
It divides the aortic lumen into small true lumen and larger (partially thrombosed) false lumen.
Aneurysmal dilatation of the descending thoracic and supra-renal abdominal aorta.
The celiac, mesenteric and renal arteries arise from the true lumen.
No extension of the intimal flap into the left common iliac artery.
No contrast leakage.
