Presentation
Long standing history of hypertension and ischemic heart disease presented with chest pain.
Patient Data
Post contrast axial CT sections through the aorta showing an atherosclerotic Stanford type A / DeBakey type I dissecting aortic aneurysm. Patient is fortunate enough to have almost all her major aortic branches coming off the true lumen, only the inferior mesenteric artery coming off the false lumen and both lumens are seen connected. Additional findings are left renal cysts and retro-aortic left renal vein anomaly.

Case Discussion
Identification of the origins of major aortic branches as well as differentiation of true and false lumens is the main issues for contributing this case.
