75 year old male presenting with chest pain.

Patient Data:

Age: 75
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian

Case Discussion:

CTA demonstrates a Type A aortic dissection which has ruptured into the pericardium, leading to minor cardiac tamponade

The patient went on to have an open aortic repair and aortic valve replacement.
